Sensitivity Training
Join Vinquiry in Napa for this self-guided training of
Brettanomyces in red wine. Four varietals will be available spiked
with varying chemicals and organisms to train your nose to recognize
Brett in the winery.

Seminars and Clinics Vinquiry and Thermo Orion are teaming up
to present customers with information on Orion meters and products.
Seminars will be offered to teach wine industry personnel about the
science behind pH, ISE, and dissolved oxygen and several clinics
will be available to service Orion meters for free. |
