Our mission at Vinquiry is to provide

progressive laboratory that continues to expand services and quality systems to
better serve our clients. Vinquiry is TTB certified for wine and distilled
beverages and the Windsor Laboratory is
ISO/IEC 17025:2005
accredited by the A2LA. We have an
experienced staff of enologists, analysts and professionals dedicated to the
production and interpretation of quality analytical results to assist clients in
the winemaking process.

Our experts have worked for years to help clients monitor and optimize
fermentations and improve wine quality. We
provide consultation services to select the best yeast matches given fruit
parameters and your desired winemaking style.
Vinquiry
is the exclusive U.S. distributor for the ENOFERM line of specialty yeast
originated by Dr. Paul Monk and produced by Lallemand. In
addition to the ENOFERM specialty yeast, Vinquiry also provides a wide range of
other fermentation products, specialty winemaking supplies, labware and
chemicals. Our catalog is available upon request.
Each year we update our listings to provide the most advantageous methods
and materials known for winemaking. We
also publish a bi-annual newsletter that always addresses interesting issues and
the latest research.
